ALA’s Annual Virtual will be an online event with education programming, special author events, virtual exhibits, and more. A virtual space to learn, grow, and stay connected to the library community.
Be a part of the Annual Virtual The Library Marketplace: Exhibitors, Stages & Resources. The Library Marketplace: Exhibitors, Stages & Resources will be a key component of Annual Virtual, with a dedicated day on Wednesday, June 23 for The Library Marketplace: Exhibitors, Stages & Resources. Each virtual exhibitor will have an exhibit listing in the Annual Virtual Event Website / Mobile App.

Virtual Exhibit Packages
Virtual Exhibit Booth - $1,000
The following assets will be included in the Virtual Exhibit Booth on the Annual Virtual The Library Marketplace: Exhibitors, Stages & Resources Platform:
- Company Listing including company name, description, product/service categories
- Company logo
- Link to Company Website
- Title/Product Showcase – listing of up to 50 titles or products, includes one image and description each
- Banner graphic with clickable link – size 1920 px x 125 px
- 4 Complimentary Virtual Event Registrations
- Option to list Contact Info for up to 4 sales reps
- Social Media Links
- PDF file upload – up to 6
- Weblinks (to your website, videos, etc.) – up to 6
- Video file upload (limit 1) – mp4 file, no larger than 200 mb
- Text Chat
- 1 scheduled “Meet the Authors” session
- “Request Information” button – generates an email back to your company to connect with attendees interested in your products and services
- Lead Retrieval reporting
- Booth Impressions - reports on total clicks, total requests (from the "Request Information" button on your online virtual booth), booth views, asset views.
- Attendee Summary Report - detailed Excel report on who viewed your booth, assets, and requested information.
- Information Requests Report - detailed Excel report on who submitted the "Request Information" button on your virtual listing.
- Note: this data is only reported on attendees who have "opted in" to share their contact information. Will not include attendees who have "opted out".
Additional Options:
- *SOLD OUT* Purchase Exhibitor Stage Session presentations – 30 minute on-demand, pre-recorded presentation in choice of exhibit hall stages format. All presentations $350 each. Proposed presentations will be reviewed to ensure appropriate for respective stage. Exhibitor responsible for captioning (open captioning).
- Exhibitor Stage Session submission site opens: March 1
- Exhibitor Stage Session submission site closes: May 1
- Captioned, branded MP4 presentation files due: May 25
- If provided file is not open captioned, it will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
- Presentations must be branded with ALA Virtual branding
- Free participation in Swag-a-palooza (The “Swag-a-palooza” button on your listing will link to a webpage developed by your company to promote a give-away or other special promotion.)
- Free Listing in a specialty pavilion (ie: Diversity, DVD/Video, Government Information, Graphic Novel/Gaming, International, Library and Information Science Education, Maker/3D Printing, Mobile Applications, Small Press/Product, University Press, Zine)
- Free inclusion in “off-hours” exhibitor events to be listed on the conference website
- Purchase advertising in “Cognotes, Focus on the Exhibits” electronic newspaper
- Free inclusion in Exhibitor Showcases: Diversity In Publishing Title Showcase, Festival of Shorts, Live From the 25 Podcast Room.

- Title/Product Showcase – listing of up to 100 titles or products, includes one image and description each
- *SOLD OUT* One Pre-Recorded Exhibitor Stage Session: 30 minute on-demand, pre-recorded presentation in choice of exhibit hall stages format. Proposed presentations will be reviewed to ensure appropriate for respective stage. Exhibitor responsible for captioning (open captioning).
