Yoga / Meditation Room Sponsor - $2,500

  • Yoga / Meditation Room could be a virtual website the sponsor sets up where people can sit quietly with calming sounds, and also have links to online Yoga classes, or a scheduled Live Video (Zoom or Cadmium Video Chat) Yoga class. Author/book discussion is an option as well with an option to distribute book information or other giveaways i.e. pdfs.

Coffee Talk - $1,500 (4 available)

  • Morning Author Session – Greet attendees each morning with a sponsored author session. Prior to the opening session each day, that day’s sponsor will have the opportunity to have one of their authors have “coffee” with attendees and discuss their upcoming book and what inspired them to write.

Yoga Break - $1,500 (4 available)

  • Sponsor a break to get attendees moving mindfully with a short virtual yoga practice.  
    Chair Yoga: Grab a seat and relax your shoulders! This is a class of simple yoga postures you can do in your chair. Every BODY welcome. Sample video:

  • Be recognized while attendees take a scheduled break during this amazing performance

  • Be recognized while attendees gather for a virtual happy hour to end each conference day.
