Virtual Exhibitor Service Center
CadmiumCD is the vendor providing the virtual conference platform. Data for the Virtual Exhibit Hall will be entered through a series of assigned tasks in the Virtual Exhibitor Service Center. This website will be your one-stop shop for setting up your virtual exhibit.
Each company's designated contact has received login instructions to access the Virtual Exhibitor Service Center. Once logged in, they will be guided through a set of tasks to input your company’s details. These details may include but are not limited to the company name, description, product categories, logo, PDF handouts, and web links.
As you complete tasks, you will see a green check next to tasks that are complete. A red X indicates a task that still needs your attention.
Clarification of Cadmium Module Logins
Participating in ALA Annual Virtual may mean that you have several logins to the different Cadmium modules.
Note: the Access Key for each module is unique.
Here’s a quick recap of each area:
1. Virtual Exhibitor Service Center – this is where you set up and build your booth. Exhibiting companies have been sent an email with login credentials to access the Virtual Exhibitor Service Center. Link to access: https://www.conferenceharvester.com/harvester2expw/login.asp?EventKey=KBFRJXRN.
2. Exhibitor Stage Session Submission Site – if you are participating in the Exhibitor Stage Sessions, you will first log in to the Exhibitor Stage Session Submission Site at https://www.abstractscorecard.com/cfp/submit/login.asp?EventKey=GIWKDRZU to select which stage you would like to present from, and add in the session title and description. If you haven’t logged in to this site yet, please “Join Now” as a new user. Deadline to choose your stage: May 1.
3. The Education Harvester is the next step for completed Exhibitor Stage Sessions. Once your stage session is submitted, it will be approved and migrated over to the Education Harvester. Stage session contacts will be sent an email with login credentials to access the Education Harvester at https://www.conferenceharvester.com/harvester2/login.asp?EventKey=KBFRJXRN. Presentation content due: May 25.
4. If you are submitting a listing for the Meet the Authors Submission Site (hosted through the Cadmium Virtual Event Platform), the site link is https://www.abstractscorecard.com/cfp/submit/login.asp?EventKey=QEGIAJCW. If you haven’t logged in to this site yet, please “Join Now” as a new user. Deadline to submit: May 14.
5. If you are submitting a listing for the Host Your Own Meet the Authors Submission Site, the site link is https://www.abstractscorecard.com/cfp/submit/login.asp?EventKey=XTMYLEJB. If you haven’t logged in to this site yet, please “Join Now” as a new user. Deadline to submit: June 1.
